SUMMARY:Groovin the Moo Sister Cities Art Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:The Groovin the Moo Sister Cities Art Project engaged 17 young local emerging artists between the ages of 14-22 to produce poster artworks to display in an eye-catching exhibition at the Groovin the Moo Townsville festival. The artists attended a series of workshops at Umbrella Studio contemporary arts that was mentored by two professional artists\, Aaron Ashley and Hannah Murray. One winning entrant was selected by a panel of three industry professionals. The winning artist\, Ashleigh Pollard\, will have her artwork displayed at Groovin the Moo in Bendigo\, Victoria. Similarly\, this project also took place in Bendigo with the winning artist\, Natasha West\, having her artwork displayed at the Groovin the Moo in Townsville\, Queensland.
