Come celebrate the best of regional produce. The evening will showcase six canapes prepared by Matt Merrin from the award-winning JAM Restaurant, and A Touch of Salt. Entry also includes drinks from the bar.
The event is part of the Townsville Food Innovations Forum, held with the stunning back drop of three new Umbrella Studio exhibitions; Benthos Illumination showcasing painting, sculpture and printmaking by Townsville artists Graeme Buckley and Lynn Scott- Cummings; Tribal Odyssey, poems and prints by Victoria and Walker and Rhonda Stevens and in the Vault Space Fragments of Moments by PressNorth Printmakers.
Proceeds to go to local producers, restauranteurs and Umbrella Gallery.

The Economic Development Australia (EDA) Northern Queensland Food Innovation Forum is designed to focus on commercialisation and collaboration to drive innovation in Northern Queensland’s food and agribusiness industries and provide examples of commercially driven collaboration and innovation for the food industry.
