Are you a Mum of a baby or young toddler? Do you struggle to find engaging activities to attend with your baby that are enjoyable for you as well as Bub?
Craft like a Mother is a series of low cost, baby friendly workshops, aimed at Mum’s with newborn up to toddler aged children. These workshops are for any ladies who would like to explore the transition to Motherhood in a creative setting, and meet some like-minded people along the way.
There will be an assistant to help with Bub if needed and a playpen with toys for the more active little ones. You are also welcome to attend without your baby if you are able to.
Explore expressing your emotions through intuitive line drawing under the instruction of local artist Barbara Cheshire. Barb has many years of artistic practice under her belt and uses her work to journey deeper into and process her life experiences. She is an experienced teacher, mother and grandmother.
What to bring:
- Barb will provide watercolour paper, watercolour pencils and watercolour blocks.
- Bring a few images to work from that you can use as inspiration.
Workshop registration and payment is required in advance of attendance. This secures your place.
