Join Umbrella Studio at 5:00pm on Friday 5 July 2019 to hear insights from the co-curators of Legacy: Reflections on Mabo. Please note the exhibition and conversation will be held in a temporary location at 398 Flinders Street (ex-Pop-Up Percivals).
Co-curators Gail Mabo (daughter of Eddie Koiki Mabo and exhibiting artist), Kellie Williams (Director, Umbrella Studio) and Jonathan McBurnie (Creative Director, Townsville City Galleries and former Director, Umbrella Studio) will be in conversation, discussing the works, the curation and the overarching legacy of Mabo.
Legacy: Reflections on Mabo will be on display from 1pm Friday 5 July until 11 August 2019. See here for more details.
