Palm Island Artists | Surrounded by the Reef

Umbrella Studio and Palm Island Aboriginal Council have partnered to present works by individual artists from Palm Island. This community-based project aims to extend the experience of these artists and viewers by exhibiting their works in a gallery context – many for the first time.

Join us for the exhibition opening 6pm Friday 27 September at Umbrella’s new home, 408 Flinders St, Townsville (next to Mary Who? Bookshop).

Umbrella’s exhibitions Surrounded by the Reef,  Accretion: Mapping the Landscape and Queensland Glitterati are all on display 27 September – 3 November 2019.
