Join Umbrella and Emily Donaldson for a 3hr landscape oil painting workshop from 9:30am-12:30pm on Sunday 23 February. Participants of all skill levels can enjoy painting impasto landscapes and learn new techniques in a fun and relaxed environment. Please bring reference photographs (either printed or on a digital device) and your own materials if you have a preference. All other materials will be provided.

Tickets $80 each members | $100 each non-members | Limited to 10 spaces | Bookings close 5pm Thursday 20 February 2020.

This workshop run in conjunction with Emily Donaldson’s exhibition Pandanus in the Desert. Join Umbrella Studio at 6pm on Friday 31 January for the exhibition launch (RSVP here) and hear more from the exhibiting artists at a Floortalk at 11am on Saturday 1 February (RSVP here). Please note the exhibition and floortalk will be held in the gallery space at Umbrella Studio, 408 Flinders Street, Townsville (next to Mary Who? Bookshop). The workshop will be held downstairs in the makerspace at the same address. All exhibitions are on display from 6pm Friday 31 January 2020 (for the opening) and run until 15 March 2020.
