Drone Dreams
Lynn Scott-Cumming is a visual artist and writer with over forty years’ experience in the arts. The artist’s sense of place has been fortified by living in Townsville for over thirty years, where she has come to strongly identify with the mangroves and surrounding landscapes. In her Creative Sparks project Drone Dreams, Scott-Cumming aims to re-visit and recontextualise these settings from above, via the use of drone photography. The new perspectives of Townsville have informed the creation of new sketches and print work.
